Mitchell S. Garden, M.D., an orthopedic fellowship-trained spine surgeon, is not only board certified but is committed to providing the highest quality specialized care and treatment for a vast number of orthopedic injuries, conditions and illnesses. Dr. Garden brings with him to Litchfield County Orthopedic and Spine, a diverse educational and medical background. He has gained much favor here at our clinic with both patients and staff because of his comforting kindness and compassion.
Kayla Germano
Kayla Germano, is a certified Physician Assistant (PA). She is licensed and trained to conduct physical examinations and prescribe medications. Kayla can also order and interpret tests, consult on preventative health care, and diagnose and assess a variety of orthopedic conditions. Further, she is certified to provide effective treatment plans to patients as well. Kayla is also able to assist our surgeons during surgery as a result of her certified Physician Assistant status.
