We are an Orthopedic practice specializing in conditions related to the spine. Dr. Garden has been practicing since 1998 providing care to the Litchfield County area of Connecticut and surrounding areas as well as the Hudson Valley New York region. The philosophy of Dr. Garden is to exhaust conservative treatment measures prior to invasive surgical techniques. He has developed an extensive referral network extending throughout New York and Connecticut to participate in your care if necessary.
He is trained in techniques that are less invasive then standard procedures and will employ these techniques if it is determined to be in the patient’s best interest.

We have an office in Bantam in Northwest Connecticut to serve patients in the New York and Connecticut regions.
Dr. Garden’s office also offers evaluations and treatment by Dr. John Gevinski, a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, for those patients whose condition does not require invasive treatment.
